Introduction

Welcome to Nightingale Nest Music School. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in our programs and ensure a smooth learning experience for all students. Please read them carefully before proceeding with enrollment.

1. Enrollment and Fees

• Students must complete the registration process and pay the required fees before attending classes.
• All fees are non-transferable and must be paid according to the chosen payment plan.
• Fees for courses, workshops, and other programs are subject to change at the discretion of the school. Any fee adjustments will be communicated in advance.
• Enrollment is only confirmed upon successful payment, and slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2. Class Schedule and Attendance

• Students are expected to follow the class schedule. Any requests for rescheduling must be communicated in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
• The school reserves the right to adjust class timings or schedules when necessary, with prior notice to students.
• Absences due to personal reasons will not be refunded. However, makeup sessions may be arranged at the school’s discretion.
• If an instructor is unavailable for a scheduled class, the school will provide an alternative instructor or arrange a makeup session.

3. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to be punctual and prepared for each class.
• Respectful behavior is required toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion.
• Use of mobile phones during classes is discouraged unless permitted by the instructor for learning purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including recordings, sheet music, lesson plans, and online resources, remain the property of Nightingale Nest Music School.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Recording of live or online classes without prior permission from the school or instructor is not allowed.

• For online lessons, students must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for participating in virtual classes.
• The school is not responsible for technical issues arising from a student’s device or internet connectivity problems.
• Online class links and materials are for the registered student only and should not be shared with others.

• Nightingale Nest Music School is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings during in-person classes.
• The school is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or disruptions during online classes.
• The school reserves the right to change instructors, course content, or class schedules as necessary.

• Nightingale Nest Music School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the updated terms.
